These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Panda Used Cars ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual, business, dealer, or importer ("the Client," "you," or "your") who accesses our website, enquires about our services, or enters into a commercial transaction for the purchase and export of Toyota Levin vehicles sourced from the Chinese domestic used car market.
By submitting an enquiry, placing a deposit, signing a purchase agreement, or otherwise engaging our export services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must not proceed with any transaction or engagement with Panda Used Cars.
These Panda Used Cars terms and conditions apply to all Toyota Levin export transactions processed through this website and through our main platform at pandausedcars.com. They are intended to ensure transparency, protect both parties, and establish a clear framework for every stage of the China used car export agreement process.
Our services are available exclusively to business entities, registered dealers, licensed importers, and commercial buyers. Panda Used Cars does not facilitate retail transactions for private individuals purchasing a single vehicle for personal use in jurisdictions where such transactions are prohibited by local regulation.
By engaging our services, you confirm that:
These Terms, together with any signed Purchase Agreement, Proforma Invoice, or Letter of Confirmation issued by Panda Used Cars, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or negotiations, whether verbal or written.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation and enforcement.
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific signed contract, these Terms are governed by the applicable commercial laws of the People's Republic of China with respect to vehicle sourcing and export obligations. Destination-country laws govern all matters related to importation, registration, and road compliance.
All Toyota Levin vehicles listed on our inventory platform are sourced from the Chinese domestic used car market. Vehicle listings represent stock available at the time of publication. Panda Used Cars makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current inventory information; however, availability is subject to change without prior notice.
Prior to confirming any purchase, Panda Used Cars conducts a multi-point pre-export inspection including:
Inspection reports are provided to the Client in written and photographic format prior to deposit confirmation. Third-party inspections by internationally recognised automotive inspection agencies can be arranged at the Client's request and expense.
The Toyota Levin vehicles we export are originally manufactured for the Chinese domestic market as a GAC-Toyota joint venture product. They are produced in **left-hand drive (LHD) configuration only**. Clients purchasing for right-hand drive (RHD) markets are solely responsible for arranging and funding any steering conversion and ensuring such conversion complies with their local vehicle standards.
Panda Used Cars will prepare and provide the following standard export documentation:
Additional destination-specific certificates (such as SONCAP, Certificate of Conformity, or emissions compliance certificates) are available upon request. Additional fees may apply depending on the certification required.
All prices quoted by Panda Used Cars are expressed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated in the Proforma Invoice. Prices are quoted on an **FOB (Free On Board)** basis from the nominated Chinese port of departure (typically Tianjin, Guangzhou, or Shanghai) unless a CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) arrangement is agreed in writing.
Quoted prices are valid for **seven (7) calendar days** from the date of issue. After this period, prices are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions.
To confirm a vehicle reservation and initiate export processing, the Client is required to pay a **non-refundable deposit of 30% of the agreed vehicle price**. The deposit confirms the Client's intent to purchase and authorises Panda Used Cars to proceed with export preparation.
The deposit is non-refundable in the following circumstances:
The remaining balance of **70% of the agreed vehicle price** is due prior to vessel loading unless an alternative arrangement has been confirmed in writing. Panda Used Cars will not release vehicles for loading until full payment has been received and cleared.

All bank charges, currency conversion fees, and international transfer costs are the sole responsibility of the Client.
If balance payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, Panda Used Cars reserves the right to cancel the reservation, forfeit the deposit, and relist the vehicle for sale without further obligation to the Client.
Panda Used Cars arranges export logistics via two primary methods:
The Client may specify their preferred shipping method. Where no preference is stated, Panda Used Cars will select the most commercially appropriate option.
Estimated transit times are provided as guidance only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Panda Used Cars accepts no liability for delays caused by:
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client at the point of loading onto the nominated vessel at the Chinese port of departure (FOB terms). Clients are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive marine cargo insurance covering the full CIF value of the shipment. Panda Used Cars can arrange marine insurance on the Client's behalf at an additional cost.
Upon vessel departure, Panda Used Cars will provide the Client with the Bill of Lading and all accompanying shipping documents within five (5) business days.
Toyota Levin vehicles exported by Panda Used Cars are used vehicles sourced from the Chinese domestic market. **No manufacturer warranty transfers with the export of these vehicles.** Any remaining factory warranty is valid only within China and is non-transferable to international buyers.
Panda Used Cars guarantees that each vehicle supplied will materially conform to the condition described in the pre-export inspection report provided to the Client prior to purchase confirmation. In the event a vehicle does not conform to its described condition at the point of export loading, Panda Used Cars will:
This guarantee does not extend to conditions arising after vessel loading or as a result of transit, handling, importation, or use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Panda Used Cars' total aggregate liability to the Client under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the Client for the specific vehicle giving rise to the claim. Panda Used Cars shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
The Client bears **sole and complete responsibility** for ensuring that:
Panda Used Cars provides general market guidance as a courtesy. This guidance does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. Clients should consult qualified legal and trade advisors in their jurisdiction before committing to any Toyota Levin export terms transaction.
All content on usedtoyotalevin.com and pandausedcars.com, including text, images, data, vehicle listings, market guides, and branding, is the intellectual property of Panda Used Cars unless otherwise indicated. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from our platforms is strictly prohibited.
You may access and use our website content for personal reference and legitimate business enquiry purposes only. Systematic scraping, data harvesting, or automated access to our inventory platforms is prohibited without express written consent.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or any transaction, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice of the dispute.
If good faith negotiation does not resolve the dispute, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
The Client agrees not to initiate payment chargebacks or reversals through their financial institution without first exhausting the dispute resolution process outlined above. Unauthorised chargebacks will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
Panda Used Cars reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage Clients to review these Terms periodically.
